To get our MP3 downloads or any other standard MP3 on to your iPod* - simply follow these steps to import MP3 into the iTunes. software on your computer.
iTunes is a free software application available from Apple. It manages your music collection on the iPod and on your computer. It transfers your music from your computer to your iPod or iPhone when you connect your device to your computer to sync or charge it.
The latest version of iTunes. is available for free download for both PC and Mac and can be installed following their instructions, just like any software. Visit iTunes.com to download iTunes software.
This software enables MP3s and some other music formats already present on your PC to be transferred to your iPod.
After you complete your transaction you'll be sent a download link by email. Click on the download link and download the file. The file is provided in .zip format. This packages a complete folder of songs and song lyrics into a single file.
Double clicking on the file will create a folder with the same name as the .zip file.
Open iTunes.
Drag the folder with MP3s into the open iTunes window. This will import your new songs to your iTunes music library. You can then use iTunes and its various features to load them onto your iPod, create playists, whatever you like.
